I have a question that most people may or may not understand .

Would it be considered rape if I have a boyfriend who has sex & tries to do anal with me while I’m drunk & unconscious , he also does If while I’m asleep ... I don’t moan or anything .. and he still does it . Should I be concerned with his sexual problems ? He doesn’t treat me very nice when I say no while I’m awake but he’ll wait until I’m asleep and does his thing anyway ... like I am okay with sex once a day but he wants to do it like 5 times a day and I got two kids and my sex drive just isn’t high like that . It’s like I can’t even tell him no for one day without him treating me like shit for it , then while I’m asleep he’ll do it anyway and I just let him so I don’t have to face any type of consequences for telling him no ... again , I don’t moan or move or anything and he still has sex with my limp body ... I need advice .
