It never resulted in labour. They did 2 rounds of cervadil and 2 rounds of pitocin. Then broke my water. Nothing. Baby wasn’t ready. I would never allow them to induce me again. I had a c-section that left me physically and emotionally scarred for life.

45 hours from start of induction to delivery. I was not dilated or effaced upon admission to the hospital.

Pitocin started at 7am at 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. I was fully dilated by noon but my daughter was still high up in the birth canal, so I took a three hour nap while I “labored down”... my husband watched football (it was a Sunday in the fall 😂). At 3pm I was ready to start pushing but she was sunny side up (facing my front when they’re supposed to face your back), so I had to essentially “push” while they turned her. That took a long time but was not related to the induction; it’s often caused by the shape of your pelvis. That took three hours of “pushing” which was exhausting and felt like we weren’t progressing at all. However once she was fully turned, it only took four pushes and she was out at 6 pm, 11 hours after the whole process started.

First pregnancy / induction took 12 hours from start to delivery. I was 1 cm dilated at start. 
Second pregnancy / induction took less then 4 hours from start to delivery. I was 4 cm dilated when we started. 
Third pregnancy / induction took 10ish hours from start to delivery. I was 2 cm dilated. This one could have been longer if we wouldn’t have taken a 4 hour break bc baby was having distress and we had to stop the pitocin so we could do an amino infusion.
