So I have been spotting since May. Had blood work done and found that I don't have any issues. The only thing found that was abnormal was an abnormally thick uterine lining. So I've been on a progesterone pill for the past week to induce a period. I was warned... It'll be super heavy.

Soo ladies I need your help. What should I get to prep for a super heavy period????
