Hey I’m in a rough period in my life. Really wanna know, am I the problem? Or are there more like me who feel kinda alone?

I’m only 21 and have no friends. Just my husband and my baby and my mom lol. Definitely feel lonely most days.

I clicked yes, but I’m 31. In my early to mid 20s it felt like I lost most of the friends I had. It had me really down because I was also newly diagnosed with panic disorder and major depression.  I’m pretty sure this is a normal thing to go through though because everyone is growing up and kinda going their own way.  I only talk to my best friend from high school a few times a month now and it’s kinda just to see how each other are doing.
