So I have generalized anxiety disorder and I haven’t had a panic attack in awhile. I got my license last week (I’m 16) and drove out of town today by myself to the movies with my bf. I took a couple wrong turns and started freaking out cause I thought I was going the wrong way so I called my mom and she has the life 360 app and said I was going the right way but ugh! I hope it’s not like this everytime😭 I go to school out of town and I have to drive myself to school for the first day on the 4th AND I PRAY TO GOD THAT I DONT HAVE AN ANXIETY ATTACK LIKE I DID DRIVING TODAY!😖 thankful tho I made it to the movies over an hour early cause I was afraid I was gonna be late so I cried my eyes out when I got there in my car until my bf showed up for the movie so. Great day.😭
