Positive Ffn at 32 weeks with cramping and inconsistent contractions when did you deliver?

I’ve been having cramping and inconsistent contractions so at my midwife apt they checked my cervix and was dilating and effaced so they did ffn and came back positive so now I’m at the hospital getting shots and everything. If this happened to you when did you deliver? I know can go into labor any time and still be full term but just curious. Bored sitting here in hospital over night and can’t sleep.
