Lose weight? I am 5 feet and weight 95 pounds

I have been struggling with an eating disorder and wanted to know if my weight is ok? My lowest weight was 86 pounds.

That’s underweight, well very very close to underweight. you were emaciated at 86 lbs. I am 4’11 and know what 95 lbs looks like, it’s actually a normal weight for that height. If you maintained this weight and ate right you’d stay healthy.

I'm 5ft 0 and i fluctuate between 93-98lb , I have a super small frame and 95 is a good weight for me , knowing my own body i know that's not underweight for me ...this is the only full body photo i have to show you but I think maintain that weight or try and gain some more, I'm currently trying to build muscle to gain weight
