They put it in your back so chances of you seeing it are slim. However, you can mention to them to have you get into the position before the anesthesiologist comes in so when they bring in the tools, you can’t see it.

I didn’t see mine. I had A pillow to hold onto to get me through contractions and hold still. My husband also held my hand and They did everything behind me so I did not see a thing thank goodness!

You probably won't see it any way. I was hugging onto a nurse who was stabilizing me as my contractions were very strong and painful while they inserted it in my back.

I had a nurse get me into position facing her and hugging a pillow while the anesthesiologist set up, so I couldn’t see anything anyways
