Not pregnant just bloated

I believe a cyst ruptured earlier as I was cleaning house bc I stood up and started to get the usual stinging, cramping and bloating that accompanies a ruptured cyst. It must have been a small cyst bc it wasn’t as bad as the last one (pain wise) and 1 Ibuprofen 800 knocked it out.I feel like I’m about to pop tho.
