When did your symptoms start?

I just got about 7 positive pregnancy tests :) I see the Doc tomorrow but - when did you start experiencing symptoms?
I'm 11 DPO and feel ok. A little queasy but otherwise just me. I read experiencing symptoms this early (3 weeks) could mean elevated HCG levels and possible multiples (🥴) here's my test at 11 DPO.

First pregnancy they started at 6weeks when sickness really kicked in, before that I was just tired. 
This pregnancy I was sick and beyond exhausted at 6dpo, positive test 8dpo. 
Symptoms are different for everyone and every pregnancy. I think if early symptoms were really a good indication of multiples then half the ttc community would have them as it's probably the most popular topic ❤️
