I’m pregnant and this came out of me?!?!

I am 10 weeks pregnant today and I went to the toilet and wiped and this came out. Is it spotting or the beginning of a miscarriage?!?! 
I’m super worried

Looks like spotting. Have you had intercourse in the last 24 hours? I’ve had that about 3x so far this pregnancy following sex and everything is healthy and normal. If it worsens you can always call your OB and see what they say too.
