Brown spotting

I’m 7 weeks 4 days and spotting brown discharge in my underwear and nearly every time I wipe. Not enough to wear a pad but it’s the first day this is happening. I’m only seeing my OB next Friday for my first ultrasound. I took another test and it was very positive once again but I was told that it wouldn’t change quickly like that.

Is anyone else going through this?

I’m scared to miscarry.
