I think I might be pregnant again, 
5 months postpartum!! My app says I’m 4 days late but idk and I think it’s too soon to take a test!

You can take a test. It could also be your periods are still not regulated yet.

It could just be that your period isn’t on a regular schedule yet, especially with only being 5 months postpartum. But if you know it’s a possibility, take a test. If it comes up negative then take another test in a week if your period hasn’t come yet.
