What a difference in how I feel...

I posted almost two weeks ago that I watched a show and it changed my thinking about feeling heavy and unhealthy. I told myself I was going to push myself to lose the extra weight I’ve gained..... so this is me entering my second week of literally walking every day when I get home from work and watching what I eat. I can already feel a slight difference. I can’t believe this!
