Nipples sore through out pregnancy

I've had sore nipples from 6 weeks, currently I am 31 weeks and still sore, is this even normal? Now I am worried if I will be able to breast feed if it continues to be sore even after child birth. Did any of you have this and disappeared after the child was born?
