So I’m 22 weeks pregnant, I had to quit my job about 2 months ago due to a bad work environment that was not safe for me or my baby. Since leaving I lost my insurance, I applied for Medicaid right after leaving my job and since I’m pregnant I have presumptive eligibility so I can go to my doctors appointments. However a decision has yet to be made and I read that if I still have presumptive when the baby comes it doesn’t cover labor and delivery. My question is how long did it take for you to get approved or denied? Is there anything I can do to make it go faster? No negative comments
