Has your back started hurting yet?

I’m almost 20 weeks and this week I am waking up with middle back pain. I wasn’t ready for it this early 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yep. Sitting in the car for long especially kills my back and hips now 21 wks.

I only have it occasionally and it's the lower back for me, not the middle. But also mostly after getting up from staying in certain positions or after standing/walking for too long.

Yes! The last couple days especially! Middle back pain when I would think it would be lower back pain, man it hurts so bad.

I'm 19 weeks today and I've had back pain since I was like 15 weeks! Getting out of bed or standing up from sitting is a total bitch 😂😭
