How do I know if my milk has dried?

I didnt breastfeed and im just curious as to how I know I'm not producing anymore? 
Also, is it ok to drink beer? I heard the yeast can help make milk? And i dont want that.

It can take years to fully dry up. Just don't breastfeed or pump and you'll be fine.

If youre not leaking and you're not getting infections toure probably good. And beer doesnt make milk it may  hwlp with supply but that only if your producing
