Mucus Plug ?

For those of you who lost your mucus plug did it come out in several bigger chunks instead of one big chunk? i know it regenerates but after my 38 week cervix check yesterday i’ve lost 3 large chunks, more than i’ve ever lost and they were very mucus/ booger like (sorry for the tmi) and not liquidy like discharge.
