So I'm 38 weeks, and at my appointment last week the girl told me I was booked for today at 3:05. My apts are weekly now so this makes sense. On Monday I started feeling really weird and per their advice on the phone I went to the OB triage at the hospital to get checked out. They gave me fluids and seemed a little mystified as to what was wrong, and just told me to follow up at the OB within 2 days. I was like great I already have an appointment. So I show up today only to be told my appointment was for next week. So this tells me the girl booking it messed up, and I say this to them. They were training like 4 new people last week. I'm like well I'm still not feeling well, I'd really like to see someone still. I live 30 mins away and was told my apt was today. They then refuse to acknowledge it was their fault, refuse to see me, and send me home not to come back till my apt next week.

Is this normal practice? I just didn't appreciate the way I was treated and how I have to wait a whole another week to see someone now. I did all I could just to make it to day. 😔😫
