cooling formula quickly

during the day i use a tommee tippee perfect prep machine, which is soooooo helpful!

but at night my little guy only drinks 2oz or so and the prep machine only starts at 4oz (super annoying 🙄). i was using the machine for night feeds but getting fed up wasting formula (aptamil formula says it might be used straight away and not reheated) so i’ve been making a thermos of boiled water for night feeds but it takes so long to cool!

i breastfeed him first which is sometimes enough, but my low supply issues mean sometimes he needs the bottle during the night, which means he’s screaming until he gets it! 😩

anyone got any tips for cooling the formula quickly??

this sucks! i wish my stupid boobs just made the right amount of milk ☹️😢
