Okay, so.. I’m 37 weeks and at my appt today I was given advice to start hand expressing to try and bring on labour naturally.

My question is, has anyone done this and had it actually work? How soon did you go into labour? Or did it just start causing contractions that eventuated to nothing?

Note: This is my second baby (came at 38+2), very low-risk pregnancy this time also.
