Nap, yes. Sleep overnight, no.
I’ll let baby nap in a swing usually before 5/6 months while I’m in the room!
It’s easier to get them used to the crib if they’re always sleeping (napping) in it, so I try to start that as early as possible.

I read SIDS regulations for sleep if I have any doubts. Anything less than flat on their back with nothing in with them except a swaddled blanket/sleep slack is just not worth the risks for me.

Only for a short nap and only when I'm sitting next to her, never when I'm distracted. If I'm distracted I'll move her to her bassinet or cot.
