Lump in throat early pregnancy symptom?

I’ve got what feels like something stuck in my throat, I’ve eaten since so it’s definitely not something stuck. it was at the top and now its moved down and I can feel it in my back kind of as well It hurts when I get one of those hics you do when you’ve had a fizzy drink that catches you off guard. I’ve read it could be acid reflux which sounds about right. My question is have any of you had this v v v v v early on in pregnancy? I’m about 7 DPO. (Extremely early I know, just going crazy on my 2 WW😂)
