Vaginal itching ?

Has anyone dealt with vaginal itching during pregnancy and yeast infection cream not help. I’ve been reading that it’s a PH in balance. With ready about it the studies say using baking soda soak or sex (semen) balances the PH. Any truth to this?

I also found that vagisil the purple one for everyday use helps bc it's supposed to maintain a healthy ph. Maybe try to change whatever soap you use maybe its irritating you now that you're pregnant and I would also give cortisone cream a shot. If that doesnt work then def see the dr. I felt that way about 2 months ago told my dr she said try cortisone cream which didnt help me at all so I bought the 3 day monistat and now I'm back to normal.
