head pillows??

FTM. 
are these safe for baby to sleep with in bassinet or crib?? also is a sound/light machine a good investment?

Baby should not be sleeping with any pillow of any sort! If you want to avoid a flat head then do tons of tummy time!

No, there should be nothing in the crib with baby unless prescribed by your Dr.
And yes, if you ever want to walk down your own hallway while baby is asleep, you're going to want a sound machine.

Pillow - no. 
Sound/lights - yes. We put our son to bed sleepy but awake and it helps soothe and calm him to settle into sleep. It shuts off after 20 minutes.

No pillow please.. It's so incredibly unsafe. If you want to risk your baby suffocating then that's on you, but do know that any pediatrician will tell you not to use one.

I used the pillow with my son, I think he was around 5/6 months. It worked. 
As for a sound machine, depends on the kid. My daughter has always been able to sleep thru noise. My son, not so much.

Okay I was wondering about these too? So maybe instead of use at night use when they are in a rocker or in the car seat?
