Weird question but does anyone else’s boobs hurt??

My nipples are sooo sore (even showering hurts a bit) and my boobs feel like they’re getting fuller if that makes sense. I don’t remember feeling this until after my first two were born and started breastfeeding!

Yep, this is baby number four for me. With my other kids my boobs hurt first trimester and then didn’t hurt again until once they were born. This time around it was first trimester, and then now for the passed month my boobs hurt (mostly just nipples), and then I get the boob cramps that feel like let-down but yet my boobs remain completely dry 🤷🏼‍♀️ I want this baby out so I can breastfeed and get some relief already! 😂

I feel this, my boobs and nipples feel so swollen and sore it’s almost unbearable at times ..
