Please need help!
I am 12weeks 4days pregnant and foe two days now I get this pinching, twinges and stabbing pain in my lower abdomen where my uterus is. Sometimes it's mostly at the right then it switches to to left then sometimes in the middle. I notice it mostly at night when lying down. Has anyone had this? No bleeding or cramping just those pains. Thanks in advance
