I had my first ultra sound yesterday. It still feels unreal to me but I’m getting used to it. My mom and my partner was there with me.

They measured me at 9 weeks yesterday. Babies heart rate was 174bpm and we saw it move twice. It was exciting to see. I have a doctor appointment September 9th.

I see different posts about miscarriages around this time or doing the second trimester. I’m nervous about that happening to me. My doctor has told me unless I’m doubling over in pain or bleeding heavy I shouldn’t worry but I’m still a bit nervous. How can I cope with this fear?
