PLEASE HELP

I know this is long but PLEASE take the time to read. I’m scared. I have been on birth control for one month, and I was 1.5 weeks late on my period, which I didn’t think anything of because I’m on the pill. This morning I got a tiny bit of blood, so I assumed I was spotting, so I put a tampon in because we would be swimming today. A couple hours later I was on the boat on the lake, and I felt this excruciating pain in my uterus, it came in waves like contractions, it hurt so bad I couldn’t stand up straight, I’ve always had a really heavy period w bad cramps but I have never felt a pain like that. I screamed and cried and it was horrible, but it just went away. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom, and I felt there was clots. I used to get them, but fairly small, and dark red. My mom has PCOS and she thought that that’s what it was, but the clots I had weren’t blood, they were more clearing grey. * photo attached *

I looked it up and it said grayish clots indicate an early miscarriage. I am sexually active, and my boyfriend and I sometimes don’t use condoms the whole time, because I am on the pill. But he has never came inside me. We sometimes start without one and then put one on at the end, so precum is an option. I’m scared and I need to know any girls with PCOS every have anything like these? Or did I have a miscarriage?
