Help! Mysterious bumps.

I noticed the ones down there about a week ago. My guess was that they were razor bumps. The one on the roof of my mouth appeared when I got sick and after I performed oral on my boyfriend 😫 Some background: I use vaginal boric acid pills to control my BV and I used one the morning I had intercourse with my boyfriend. He got a red spot on the tip of his genital and after I performed oral I got the one on the roof of my mouth. Could the boric acid pills be the cause of it? I got tested for HIV and it came negative. Still waiting for other results but I’m wondering what they could be 😭
