My friend just had a baby her dr recommended her take B6. She had the baby and couldn’t produce enough milk - he blamed it on the B6. 🤦🏻‍♀️ so just be careful later on in the pregnancy!

B6/Unisom combo has been a lifesaver for me as I suffer with HG. Keep in mind you do have to buy the correct Unisom though.

The b6/unisom made my nausea better but still wasn’t combatting it completely. I’ve been horribly nauseous since 6w, and now a few days ago at 11w5d asked my ob for prescription meds...such a change! I’m taking Zofran 2x a day. If you’re still nauseous definitely talk to your dr!

I took the unisom at night and b6 during the day, it didn’t completely get rid of the nausea, but it seems to help at least.

My doctor recommended them but I haven’t gotten any/taken any yet. The last two days my nausea has calmed down to a more manageable level so I’m hoping I’m through the worst of it.
