Do you have a therapist?
Hi girls,
So... recently I came over a girl on this app who asked me for an advise. I won’t list down her issues, but what I told her at the end was that “it’s better to learn more about yourself with a therapist.”
She responded with “I don’t need a therapist and I’ll never need one because I’m normal and nothing’s wrong with me.”
And that made me think about, how many of you consider going to a therapist “not ok”?
I myself have a therapist, and I love it. How about you? How your therapists have helped you?
And if you don’t have a therapist, who do you consider to talk to about your issues?
