6 week ultrasound worth it?

I don’t have my first appointment until September 16th and I am very anxious to see my little bean. I just want to make sure everything is okay. 
I was going to book an appointment at a private clinic on Friday because it’s only $59, I just want to make sure that they will be able to see something or at least hear a heartbeat. I will be 6w 2d. 
Any of you ladies have experience with this?

You may or may not be able to hear the heart beat. If you cannot, then that may worry you even though everything may be fine. It just looks like a little egg. It is exciting but it's more exciting to see them when they're bigger.

I had my first ultrasound at 6w1d and we saw a heartbeat. Baby doesn't look like much at this stage though. If the $59 isn't a big deal to you, I'd say go for it🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it'd actually be cool to see how much baby really grows in that short time.

I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and they couldn't find the hesrtbeat yet. Also, the only thing we could see was the sac. I would save your money and wait 🙂 I know it's super hard! But you'll probably be rather disappointed. Push through a couple more weeks and it will be way worth it. Good luck! ❤

Too early to hear a heartbeat, maybe you’d be able to see it. I saw a heartbeat at 7 weeks.
