When to do Brazilian wax?

Hi girls in 7 days I am going to travel to see my bf and I want to try a Brazilian wax. I’ve heard different things like girls getting swollen etc so I want to see when during the week should I do it? 
What do you girls recommend and what tips?

Do it two days before so that if you do swell then it can go down but hair won’t regrow. Unless your hair grows fast then do it a day before

Recommended doing in about 48 in advance because of the possibility being swollen and infection as well. My lady tells me no sex for 24hrs cause it healing up.
I like to bathe before going to make sure it not to sweaty and doesnt smell, it also helps open up the pores too.
Make sure before going to exfoliate down there to get rid of dead skin and to get the hair up to make it less painful. 
They do sell a serum that helps prevent with ingrown hairs.
After it is done do not out any undies on, wear some loose bottoms cause it hurts when something sticks to it and I have to pull it off.
