Simple Dieting

I’m going to be officially starting my diet tomorrow. I would today but at 1am or so I ate food and I’ve only ate lunch so far.

My diet is going to be to just eat 2 times a day. One bigger meal and one smaller meal or two medium sized. (I guess it depends how hungry I am. So most likely two medium meals.

I’m fine when I’m at work for the most part but it’s when I get home when I shove all the food in my face.

I just need motivation. I’m 200 pounds and I’m 5’3”. I have a gym membership too so when I get my car in the next few days I’m going to try to go 4 days a week.
