Ovulation Day 9?

Question

My husband and I have been TTC for a while now. My cycle has been consistently 29 days long, period comes on predicted day and is 5 days long. 
On day 9, according to my body exams and ClearBlue ovulation kits I am at my peak ovulation on day 9. But why?? 
Has anyone else experience this? Can I get pregnant? Did you get pregnant? Should I go to see my doctor again? Any words of wisdom would help!

I dont know when I would ovulate. I got off the depo shot earlier this year and my cycles are just barely regulating now. Im currently cycle day 10 and yesterday and today ive had a lot of ewcm. Last month it was around cycle day 17 or 18..not sure right now. I'm confused to think I may be ovulating already?
