Vertical labret

So I got this pierced last Friday aswell as a second nose ring which went horribly wrong..

I got my vertical labret pierced first , then my nose and the piercer hit a blood vessel which sent blood streaming down my face into my mouth it was everywhere and there was loads of it 🙄

But anyway my vertical labret is still hurting which I’m worried about and also the redness ? I’m cleaning it everyday with salt solution as instructed

Also it feels quite tight on my lip ( pictures below) and I’m concerned that it might need a longer bar ? I have quite big lips anyway but the bottom one is even bigger rn and it feels tight
