Bleeding at 7dpo

Hi all

I had positive OPK on 26th August- EWCM etc so was Sure I ovulated.

This morning I wiped and there was bright red blood. It’s continued all day. Not heavy bleeding but there when wiping and quite a lot.

I can’t believe this is a period already.

Could this be implantation bleeding??
