I need ideas for cute ways to reveal to my mom that my husband and I are expecting! She already has other grandchildren, so I’m not sure if just giving her something that says Mimi on it would really get the message across. The number of grandchildren is also a bit confusing because of my brothers’ stepchildren and other grandchildren who have passed away (early miscarriages, late miscarriages, and 2 living ones who passed away). So I’m not entirely sure how many grandchildren she really considers that she already has.

The only thing I can think of is getting her something that says Mimi and attaching a tag “from Baby {last name}”

Any other ideas?

We may reveal to family around Halloween, should I work that in somehow? We wouldn’t be making it public knowledge at that point though.
