Remedies for morning sickness?

So I’m like 6 weeks pregnant and always feel nauseous my hubby made me breakfast this morning and I threw it all up ☹️☹️ what to do for morning sickness??

Unisom and B6. Saved me towards the end of first trimester when I found it (OB recommenced), and now I’m taking it again third trimester because I feel like death again.

Unisome and b6 for sure I also used sea bands.. I used these candies too instead of actually taking b6. And for some reason lemons helped. Which was nice cause I love lemons!

I couldn’t really eat anything aside from crackers and fruit at first then slowly added in other bland foods like white rice with a little bit soy, toast, I couldn’t have any dairy. On bad days I’d have a fruit smoothie and sip that. My OB also recommended I take 1/2 a unisom tablet and B6 I just never did.

B6 helped like others have said, but honestly my diet has just changed drastically. I smell test everything and see if it makes me gag lol I don’t eat what we normally cook most of the time, I have a short list of like 5 foods I can handle. 16 weeks now and that list is finally getting longer. I still can’t handle a lot of foods I used to like though
