Miscarriage number 2

Kiersten • Mama to Raph, Theo, Gianna, Ezra + 4 angel babies

So, I had my first miscarriage back in May and found out I was pregnant again at the end of July. We found out last week that the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. My body is not cramping or bleeding and isn't showing any signs of passing the baby anytime soon. So we are scheduling a D&C.

Have any of you experienced this? This is a back to back mc. Have any of yall had back to back and still carried a healthy baby?

I’ve had 3 MCs and finally got my rainbow, maybe talk to your doctor about taking Asprin for your next pregnancy, I believe that’s what helped me finally have him, I was on 150mg till 34 weeks. It’s fairly new research but I swear it worked and I was told to take it again if we have another. Hang in there they suck the most, but you’ll finally get your miracle xxx

I’ve never heard of the other sorry Hun, I was just on Asprin, if it died t cause any negative side effects to you or baby and you doctor doesn’t see any issues, I really don’t see the harm myself. I’d try anything!!

Hi there me again, sent a message request in case you don't get this. I've been researching the aspirin. Wanted to see how you're doing? Also, did you try l arginine at all? I'm reading about the success of that too, 6000mg. I just don't know if I should take that AND the aspirin

Interesting, I'll get some more opinions! Unfortunately, I was on it since before conception and lost the baby at 8 weeks. They told me to go off it and not start it until 12 weeks. It was a different OB that told me it could help us conceive.

I have had back to back miscarriages as well and I’m hoping that the next time brings baby #2 into this world. Not explanation for the miscarriages unfortunately so all a waiting game.So sorry for your losses!

I have had 4 miscarriages and no live births. I always miscarry at the 5 week mark and my first I had to have a D&C. The others went much smoother. I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism which cod have been the cause but I am still struggling to get pregnant again. My last MC was December 2018 and the ones before that was December 2017 and March 2017. We are thinking about trying an IUI this cycle but I am afraid to spend all that money ($1,500) and miscarry again if the medicine they have me on isn't enough or of the hypothyroidism isn't the cause. I get the struggle. I just wish it was easier for me to get pregnany naturally so I don't waste the money. Even with perfectly timed bany dancing these past 3 months and with the assistance of Clomid and Metformin and last month we did Letrozole instead of Clomid still not pregnant. You are not alone in this. I know my cousin had a few miscarriages and has a little girl and is now pregnant with a little boy. It is possible. I also take the baby aspirin someone else recommended, prenatals, and I use progesterone cream after ovulation and suppositories or pills after I get my BFP. Hopefully all that plus getting my thyroid under control will help. Just talk to your doctor and find out all your options. It took me 4 years to find a good doctor who would run any tests on me. It's funny how I spent my 20's trying not to get pregnant and my 30's struggling to get pregnant!
