Tips for becoming the best version of yourself
Hey Ladies, lately I’ve been trying to shift my mindset & way of thinking. I’m working on eliminating negative thoughts, negative ppl in my life & focusing on my career, relationships & happiness. I suffer from ptsd & depression. It has taken years to be in a good place but sometimes situations in life can be triggers & bring me to a negative place.
I’m a student & designer, my partner is a DJ & becoming pretty successful but our career choices & struggles as artists can take a told on us an our relationship. Jealousy & insecurity can play a big role. We’re in love & pretty committed. He’s amazing bf but of course we have our struggles. Lately my negative thoughts & insecurities are a huge problem. Often obsessing on the negative things.
I want to make sure I’m the best version of my self for myself, friends, family & my relationship. As I know my mental issues will never go away I don’t want them to take over my life. What are ways that you guys deal with depression, mood swings, insecurities?
