When do stretch marks show?

My belly has been itchy lately so I was wondering if that means stretch marks are in my near future?  I’m 25 weeks

With my first pregnancy i had no stretch marks at all but ones i delivered her bam i got a few I'm now pregnant with #6 and since then i haven't got any more i never got a big belly with any of my pregnancies maybe that's why. What i do when i feel itchy i rub or tap my belly dnt scratch

I get itchy when I don’t use oils at least twice a day. I don’t have any marks.

24 weeks and sometimes get itch but usually using some lotion or oil helps to relive that.  Try to avoid scratching because it can worsen appearance of stretch marks

My stomach never felt itchy before stretch marks - might just mean your stomach is dry and needs more moisture because it’s stretching. 
Mine came at 32 weeks with no warning sign with my first 🤷🏻‍♀️
They are still white for now but I’m sure they will gain colour again once I get further along lol 👍🏻

With my first they came on full blast at 37 weeks. Not a single one before. Second and third pregnancy those stretch marks from the first pregnancy started showing again around 20 weeks.

I don’t think itchy means stretch marks are a guarantee. I use lotion on my itchy belly just to make it feel better, I don’t believe lotion can prevent stretch marks. Unfortunately it just seems that some people get them and some don’t, just like linea nigra, the body hair, gestational diabetes, joint issues, etc. Pregnancy is a mystery.

It honestly depends. My belly was itchy some as it grew with my first but I never got stretch marks. Even after delivery. I made sure not to scratch too much though and applied lotion every night. I’m 25w2d now with my second pregnancy and so far haven’t gotten any. Again I just apply lotion every night and try not to scratch too much

I never got stretch marks with any pregnancy but I did have itchy belly. I just rubbed lotion on belly twice a day, sometimes three (baby liked the lotion rub lol). I'm 24 weeks now big belly (well larger than my other two) and no stretch marks. They are hereditary. My mom never got them either nor did my grandma, so you may not get them if your mom didn't.
