So when doctors tell you how far along you are its from the last day of your last period not from the day you conceived???

It’s from the first day of your cycle which would be the first day of your period, when you conceive you are two weeks pregnant

If I’m charting my own ovulation and I have sex on the day I was actually ovulating, I would start counting weeks after that day. If I get a BFP, I’ll know exactly what day I got pregnant or at least close to the day. I don’t know how the beginning of my period is included when the egg doesn’t even release until a few days later when it’s over.
