Massages while pregnant !?!? What are your thoughts??

Question

I’ve always suffered from sciatica nerve and a herniated disc. I always have pain from time to time however there’s only been one person I have faith in which is a “Sobador” 
Foot reflexologist... 
What are everyone thoughts ??

Thought #1. It’s a great question for your OB/GYN. 
Thought #2. If you’re OB says it’s okay, only see a therapist who has training in treating pregnant women.

Talking with your OBGYN about it and make sure if it’s approved whoever you go to has experience with pregnant women

In my light “massages” I know we can’t squeeze the back of the ankles on pregnant people

I've found massage to be super helpful but the guy I see is also knowledgeable in massaging pregnant women. I also love, love, love acupuncture. Definitely check with your obgyn and get the ok, but for me personally, I have had huge benefits from both. Never tried reflexology though
