I’m gonna quit smoking 🚬

Hello beautiful ladies!!

So, tonight, on September 2, 2019, I decided to quit smoking cigarettes. I’m not going to lie and say I’m not nervous or the thought of it doesn’t making me anxious, because it does.

I started smoking about 3 years ago, it’s been on and off, from cigarettes to vaping, and I always lie to myself and say that I’m “weening myself off” while simultaneously buying two packs in advance so I don’t have to go back out when the vape doesn’t give me the kick I need for the hour.

The past couple of months, I’ve been having what they call “smoker’s cough” and have just all-in-all felt like complete shit. My irritability, anxiety, and depression have spurred my constant need for a drag and, I’ve gotten to the point that I’m tired of feeling like crap and smelling gross.

So, starting tomorrow, I’m quitting. No more cigarettes, no more vaping, upping my amount of water, and acquiring a stock of peppermints for when I get a craving, and hopefully I’ll start to feel better.

On top of me quitting, I’m also going to change the way I eat and exercise. I’m already half way to my goal weight, but I haven’t changed anything. I’ve just been too anxious and depressed to eat like I normally do. But, with a better meal plan and exercise routine, I can feel better and stronger than what I do now.

With all of this being said- who has the best way to kick a craving for a cigarette? And your favorite healthy meal recipe?
