Wait or go for it?

My husband and I have been TTC for 4 years, just last year we found out we had MFI. After appointments with urologists and specialist we finally have a normal results🙌🏻

15mil concentration, 55% motility, 23mil total motile. We just got those result in July; AF showed up for both July and August. Ovulation is just around the corner so I’m HOPING this month is our month.

Although FINALLY got good numbers, I can’t help but feel discouraged when AF shows her ugly face. I understand that it take a healthy couple a year to get pregnant, and technically we are “starting over” but I don’t want to wait a whole year 😭

My question is: how long would you wait until you’ve given up the natural way and turn to IUI or IVF?
