Pregnancy after miscarriage #1

My best friend had a miscarriage July 27. When she went back for an ultrasound to make sure everything cleared on its own her levels went from almost 10,000 way down to 303 in just a few day. The dr said her body naturally cleared itself out and she didn’t need a D&C. A week later she took a pregnancy test and it was negative. This past Thursday she took a test Bc her pregnancy symptoms started coming back and it was positive. She went to er her HCG level was 90. She’s taken a test everyday since and the line has gotten gradually darker. This is most likely a new pregnancy right?

The bottom right is from today the top left is from Thursday. She has an OB appt tomorrow morning but she’s nervous.
