Lovenox post pregnancy

My doctor prescribed Lovenox after I had my baby over the weekend. They want me to inject a shot in my belly twice daily. I am not allowed to take aspirin, or anything that isnt Tylenol if I use Lovenox. My doctor prescribed me with 600mg of ibuprofen for back pain and cramps in which I will not be able to take with the Lovenox. I’ve heard of the medication to prevent blood clots before but never for women post-birth. Has anyone ever had to take this medication after giving birth? I had a vaginal birth
